All returns must be sent to the above address.
To be eligible for a refund:
Time window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and certain clearance products are non-refundable (clearly marked on product page).

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Standard returns (customer's choice): A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns without original packaging or missing tags.
No restocking fee for defective items or our errors.

Once we receive your return:
Inspection: 3–5 business days
Approval notification: You will receive an email confirmation
Refund issued: Within 7 business days of approval
Refunds are credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
