2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Time window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and certain clearance products are non-refundable (clearly marked on product page).

Sports equipment exception: For hygiene reasons, items such as mouthguards, compression gear, and undergarments are final sale unless defective.


3. How to Request a Refund

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Restocking Fee

  • Standard returns (customer's choice): A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns without original packaging or missing tags.

  • No restocking fee for defective items or our errors.

We will notify you before deducting any restocking fee.


6. Refund Processing Timeline
